This found-footage anthology series is a personal favorite of mine, particularly because of one of the sequels it spawned, V/H/S/2. V/HS had a limited theatrical run in the US on October 5th, six years ago, and featured a frame narrative with each of its short films being written and directed by different filmmakers. It’s a pretty unique and enjoyable film that had some very mixed reviews due to the found-footage nature of the movie. If you haven’t seen V/H/S (or the aforementioned sequel, as well as the third installment V/H/S: Viral and the spin-off SiREN) I highly recommend giving them a try and seeing for yourself.
